Raised in Plano, Texas, Mr. Sean Chalaki is a prominent attorney celebrated for his exceptional negotiation skills and courtroom prowess. Throughout his career, Mr. Chalaki has focused on litigating against large corporations and insurance companies to protect consumer rights. He also takes pride in offering legal counsel to various local businesses, including doctors, laboratories, and entertainment companies. Remarkably, Mr. Chalaki graduated high school at just 15 years old and completed his college degree by the age of 18. By 25, he had already founded his own law firm. He has developed multiple software applications to assist companies in leveraging automation for growth. His approach to law is driven by a clear vision of the results he aims to achieve for his clients, using the legal system strategically as a tool to secure those outcomes. In his distinguished career, he has litigated over 250 cases, winning every case he has taken on. Known for his meticulous approach, he personally investigates all his cases and devises litigation strategies from the outset, seamlessly integrating technology into both his strategies and trials.
Mr. Chalaki’s career began in the IT industry, where he worked as a consultant after earning a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. He specialized in Internal Audit and Business Reorganization, contributing to projects like Facility Event Management for Microsoft and Compass Bank. Additionally, he led his own private group focusing on Smart Home Technology and One Point Access.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning, Mr. Chalaki pursued a master’s degree in accounting and information management before transitioning to a legal career. He obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) from the Appalachian School of Law and completed a Judicial Internship at the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas. He also took on visiting status at Santa Clara Law School to deepen his expertise in Intellectual Property.
After launching his solo practice, Mr. Chalaki co-founded Chalaki and Khirrallah Law Firm, focusing on litigation support for other law firms. Over the years, he has litigated personal injury cases for up to 16 law firms, eventually merging with several to establish Chalaki Law P.C. Currently, alongside his partner Shawn Hashemi, he concentrates on cases involving product liability, premises liability, brain injuries, construction accidents, and wrongful death.
Mr. Chalaki’s dedication to technology has been a hallmark throughout his career. Embracing innovation, he transitioned his office to a fully paperless system and embarked on automating legal processes. Despite initial setbacks with four unsuccessful software attempts, his persistence led to the successful development of a pioneering automated system for personal injury law in 2020. This software, now enhanced with AI capabilities to identify practice patterns, has been automating a significant portion of the firm’s operations since 2022.
Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Chalaki remains active in his community, serving on the boards of several non-profit organizations. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports and staying updated on the latest technological trends. Always enthusiastic about networking, Mr. Chalaki thrives on connecting with new people.
