Mr. Harati’s legal journey continued with advocacy classes in Virginia, where he had the privilege of arguing before clerks and affiliates of the Supreme Court of Virginia. He later obtained his Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he honed his advocacy skills under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
During his time in law school, Mr. Harati gained invaluable experience in the mediation process and became a certified mediator. After passing the rigorous California bar exam, he embarked on his mission to provide personalized legal representation to his clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the legal process.
With a commitment to creating personal relationships with each client, Mr. Harati goes above and beyond to be accessible and responsive, addressing their needs with empathy and understanding. Fluent in Farsi, he extends his services to diverse communities, bridging language barriers to deliver justice.
Mr. Harati has more than 6 years of experience with tort claims such as auto accidents, premises liability, and 18-wheeler accidents. Mr. Harati is known for his innovative and strategic approach to handling these cases. As a proud member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Mr. Harati remains dedicated to community engagement, believing in the strength of collective support.
